  • Requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders in processing, packaging, or transit cannot be canceled.

  • 6.9% + $1 processing fee applies.

  1. Return Policy

  • 30-day return window from purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  1. Refund Conditions

  • Evidence such as photos or videos is required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds accepted with return shipping fees applied.

  • Carrier errors: free replacement shipped.

  • Customer-provided incorrect address: replacement shipping cost applies.

  • Non-refundable:

    • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

    • Returns without prior authorization

  • Force majeure events are not eligible for refund.
